Dry-Bag CIP
The working method of the wet bag type isostatic press is to put the material powder in the rubber mold, and then put the sealed rubber mold in the high pressure cavity to pressurize. After pressurization, the mold is taken from the high pressure cavity and the mold is dried The working fluid contaminated outside, open the mold to take out the pressed workpiece.
The difference between a dry bag isostatic press and a wet bag isostatic press is that a dry bag is built into the high-pressure chamber. Both the dry bag and the mold are made of polyurethane material, which can transmit the liquid pressure well. The mold is placed in a dry bag, and the lips of the dry bag are close to the inner wall of the high-pressure cavity and the high-pressure cavity to form a closed space, so that the working medium in the high-pressure cavity can be directly pressed on the surface of the dry bag, and the pressure is transmitted to the dry bag Around the mold, the mold cavity is filled with powder to be pressed, and the working medium in the high-pressure cavity can be pressed to press out the required workpiece.
The advantage of the dry bag isostatic press is that it can improve the level of automation and reduce labor intensity. The surface quality of the green compact is better than that of the wet bag isostatic press, and at the same time avoids the most troublesome mold of the isostatic press. The problem of liquid leakage pollution products is suitable for mass industrial production.
